The Essential Practice: Breath & Meditation Training
Deepen your relationship with the breath and mediation in your Yoga practice
Throughout this course, you will:
- Learn detailed anatomy of the breath
- Learn about the different characteristics of breath, habits of breathing and ways to unravelling these habits.
- Learn pranayama techniques and receive guidance on how to teach these techniques
- Learn breath techniques to support your meditation practice.
Understand the fundamentals of Meditation and build the confidence to practice and teach Meditation.
