A training developed with authenticity, intention and impact in mind.

This training has been developed in collaboration with world-class teachers Chris Wilson and Ryan Mannix, whose approach to yoga is grounded in knowledge, experience, and inspiration. Think asana supported by expert alignment cues, intelligent sequencing, mindful pacing, breath-led movement and conversations that reach into the heart of the practice.

Through embodied learning and movement theory, we return to the heart of practice, cultivating clarity, confidence, and integrity. Teaching is woven throughout the journey, emerging organically as your understanding deepens and your confidence grows.

Training Overview 

 

Students will complete 16 days of in-person learning, accompanied by online learning moving through the modules below.

 

MODULE #1 - Building the Foundations: Anatomy, Alignment & Intention

This module weaves together anatomy, philosophy, asana practice,

sequencing and the opportunity for teaching skills to help you deepen

your understanding of Yoga and begin to refine your craft in your chosen

pathway. You’ll explore the core principles that shape meaningful

movement: philosophical grounding, values and intention setting, essential

anatomy, and guided asana labs.

 

MODULE #2 - The Language of Movement & the Power of Sequencing

This module weaves together anatomy, philosophy, asana

practice, sequencing and teaching skills to help you deepen

your understanding of yoga and refine your craft as an

emerging teacher.

 

MODULE #3 - Deepening the Practice: Assists, Meditation & Teaching Skills

This module builds on your foundational skills and expands into more

refined and advanced techniques, both within your personal practice

and teaching. You’ll deepen your understanding of alignment and

assisting, learn to weave theming and meditation into your classes,

and explore the subtle body in greater detail.

 

MODULE #4 - Bringing It All Together: From Teaching Skills to Transformation

This module centres on integration, refinement and expanding the

breadth of your teaching. You’ll fine-tune the essential elements of

class delivery - theme, alignment, cueing and sequencing, while also

exploring new practices such as inversions, mantra, pranayama and

Yin yoga.
