Our hybrid course blends online learning with 7 in-person training days across 4 weekends in the Sunshine Coast. 
To become a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, you'll complete over 250 hours of training:

 

 

  • 10 hours observation
  • 30 hours practice teaching
  • 30 hours self-practice

  8. Reformer Library – Exercise technique, alignment, and variations
  9. Programming & Teaching – Cueing, sequencing, hands-on assists
  10. Industry & Careers – Professional development and next steps
