Our hybrid course blends online learning with 10 in-person training days across 5 weekends in the Sunshine Coast.
To become a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, you'll complete over 250 hours of training:

  • 20 hours observation 
  • 40 hours practice teaching
  • 60 hours self-practice

These numbers are total for mat and reformer hours.

  6. Exercise Libraries – Mat & Reformer repertoire
  7. Programming & Teaching – Cueing, sequencing, hands-on assists
