Course Structure

Our hybrid course blends online learning with 10 in-person training days (across 2 weeks in Melbourne). To become a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, you'll complete over 250 hours of training:

• 20 hours observation
• 40 hours practice teaching
• 60 hours self-practice

These numbers are total for mat and reformer hours.
